Hire costs for Golcar Scout and Community Centre
The John Ripley Hall – (The Large Hall)
Suitable for Sports, Activities, Classes, Functions etc
John Ripley Hall £35.00 per hour which includes use of Ken Standley Hall
The Ken Standley Hall – (The Small Hall)
Suitable for general activities, meetings, children’s parties etc.
Ken Standley Hall only £25.00 per hour
The Gilwell Room
Suitable for meetings of up to a maximum of 15 people.
£15 per hour.
The Den
Suitable for small meetings of up to a maximum of 10 people.
£15 per hour.
Kitchen and dining area available free of charge with any booking.
Discounts maybe available for voluntary organisations or multiple weekly bookings. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Sleepovers at Golcar Scout and Community Centre
We have a number of options available for Sleepovers at our centre.
Our centre has been used by many Scout Groups for indoor weekends.
Note: Sleepovers are only available for Scout Groups and other Registered Organisations / Community Groups.
Sleepover
6pm – 10am – £3.50 per person per night.
Full day plus one Night
Weekends only – maximum 24 hour period – £150
Full weekend
Friday 9pm till Sunday 3pm – £250
